'Gates of Agartha,’ esrarengiz Agartha dünyasından ilham alan bir konsepttir. İki kıtanın birleştiği ve üç büyük imparatorluğa—Roma, Bizans ve Osmanlı—başkentlik yapmış olan tarihi İstanbul’un kalbinde bu kapıları açıyoruz. İki gün sürecek bu festivalde, Haliç’teki yeni Tersane kompleksi içinde yer alan tarihi Osmanlı Tersanelerini kullanacağız. 11-12 Ekim'de, dünyanın en büyüleyici şehirlerinden birinde, küresel topluluğumuzu tarihi bir maceranın parçası olmaya davet ediyoruz.

'Gates of Agartha,’ is a concept that draws its inspiration from the enigmatic world of Agartha. Opening the Gates in the heart of historic Istanbul, a city straddling two continents, stands as a living testament to a history which has been the capital of three great empires—the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman. During a two-day festival, we are taking over historical Ottoman Naval Shipyards in the new Tersane compound in Golden Horn. On October 11th-12th we welcome our global tribe to one of the most breathtaking cities in the world to be part of a historic adventure.

-Etkinlik 18 yaş ve üzeri katılımcılar içindir. 
-Etkinlik alanına yiyecek içecek, kesici, delici veya yanıcı alet sokmak yasaktır. 
-Etkinlik katılımcıları etkinlik alanı içerisinde fotoğraf & video çekiminin yapılacağını kabul eder. 
-Yazılı izin olmadığı takdirde profesyonel görüntü kayıt cihazları sokmak ve çekim yapmak yasaktır. 
-Profesyonel olmayan cihazlarla, diğer misafirleri ve performans veren sanatçıları rahatsız edecek ve özel hayatının gizliliğini ihlal edecek çekim yapılmamasına özen gösterilmesi beklenmektedir. Flaşlı çekim yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır. 
-Organizasyon ve mekan yetkilileri uygun görmedikleri kişileri etkinlik ve backstage alanına almama hakkına sahiptir. 
-Kadın-erkek sayısındaki dengeye, tavır, üslup, giyim ve genel anlamıyla uygunluk konularına özellikle özen gösterilmekte olup, bu ve bu gibi sebeplerden ötürü giriş yapılamayabilir. Bunun kararı tamamen kapı inisiyatifindedir. Kapımızın kararı sondur ve her koşulda geçerlidir. 
-Satın alınan biletlerde iade, iptal veya değişim yapılamaz. 
-Etkinliğe katılan kişilerin fotoğraf ve video çekimlerinin tanıtım materyallerinde kullanım hakkı organizatöre ait olup katılımcı etkinliğe katılarak bu hakkın kullanılmasını kabul etmektedir. 
-Bu platformda biletler sadece T.C. vatandaşlarına yöneliktir ve girişte geçerli bir T.C. kimlik kartı ibrazı zorunludur. Uluslararası biletler ve konaklamalı Full Experience biletleri için lütfen www.gatesofagartha.com adresini ziyaret edin.

-The event is in the hands of people aged 18 and over. 
-It is forbidden to bring food, drinks, cutting, piercing or flammable objects into the event area. 
-Photography and video shooting is allowed within the event rights activity area. 
-It is forbidden to bring professional video recording devices without written permission and to shoot. 
-Do not allow shooting with non-professional devices that will disturb other guests and performing artists and continue to disrupt their privacy. It is strictly forbidden to shoot flashy. 
-Organizations and venues have the right to take personal performance and backstage areas that they do not deem appropriate. 
-Women's health, balance in men, behaviors, style, clothing and general issues are given special attention, and entrance may not be allowed for these and similar reasons. This is completely closing the door. Our door decision is final and valid in all circumstances. 
No refund, cancellation or change can be made on purchased tickets. -Participants who participate in the event are entitled to the rights to use the promotional publications of their photos and videos, and by participating in the event, they accept the characteristics of these rights.
